I sent $144 for two copies of my grandson’s birth certificate. Dec 24 2022. They took my money promising 2 day delivery. It is now Jan 4, 2023 and I have nothing.

Was looking for site to order a birth certificate of my grandmother from the Alabama Vital Record and ran into the site vitalrecordsdirect.

msclkid=bc5fbed5670c185029ffdccb0c470854#modal) so I went to the site with the intent of ordering a copy of the Birth Certificate.

I completed the information and paid with my debit visa. I later became suspicious when I saw no stated price for the service.

Unfortunately it was too late. They then proceeded to see me an e-mail with an attached form for Alabama Vital Records (I had

already visited the State site and downloaded the form! The form included instructions and address as to where to sent it and also

indicated that I had to pay the state fee for the record! Hold On here, didn't I just paid them to do this for me???? These people are a

bunch of scammers who took my money for work I could have done on my own! My bad. The should be held accountable for

misleading advertising online and outright lying!
