My husband ordered a Harry Potter lego castle for my birthday from this website. It was listed as on sale for $99.99 so it seemed like a great deal. He received a confirmation email but no tracking information. He tried contacting the seller and received no other information until the day it was suppose to be delivered. He received a delivery confirmation saying that the package was delivered in front of our garage. We checked but there was nothing there. Why would it be placed in front of our garage? We have always received packages at our front door. It says it was delivered by USPS but when we contacted them, they had no record of the package. We disputed the order with my husbands credit card company. They filed the report and gave him his money back, but apparently they contacted the seller and were told that the package was delivered so they re-charged him. We DID NOT receive anything. The website has been shut down, when we try to look it up it says “this shop is currently unavailable”. If this website was legit, why would the seller shut it down? The credit card company says we have to file a report with the police and send it to them. It is ridiculous how scammers get away with things like this. Just because the seller says they sent the package, it doesn’t mean they did. There is no proof that the package was delivered. Our neighbor has cameras that show both our garage and front door, there was no package delivered at all. We are very upset that the credit card company is taking the word of an obvious scammer over ours even though we have proof!
