I was approached by a person Ms. Alyssa Norman/Chrissy. Not sure if that's her name. Met her on social media and she (Alyssonnorman105) Instagram said to invest with Livebinarytrade and I told her I was not interested. She said she would deposit the money to I could see and I just had to pay her back. It seemed honest enough and she deposited the money. Too good to be true as they well it was. Needless to say the livebinerytrade reps kept telling me I would get my withdrawal, all I had to pay was $900 trade fee. Then it was an upgrade because my acct couldn't hold the amount of trade in it. I was given a choice of $950 Bronze acct or $1500 Gold acct. I paid $950. for a Bronze acct. Then the trade/return went up and again, they said I had to upgrade to a Gold account because my acct couldn't hold the trade amount, so another $550 to add to the $950 for a total of $1500 Gold acct. I was told I wouldn't be asked for any more money, and I would receive the withdrawal right away. When I asked them to release the funds, they asked me for $300 conversion fee. By now I was furious and asked how much more money will I have to pay. I kept getting told there were no more fees. I finally asked the rep to confirm it. And he then told me I'd have to pay $900 tax, for a total of $1200. My acct mngr said to come up with $500 and she would pay the $700 for me, yeah, she didn't. Now they're (livebinerytrade rep) telling if I don't come up with the $700 in 24hrs the charge will double. I asked if a refund was possible, and I was told no. I sent the company an email to [email protected] and it came back as undeliverable. I called 573-454-1736 and I left a message and all you can do is leave a message. When I checked on the website the plans/accounts they have available are 5, Starter $300-$5k; Basic 5k - 20k; Gold 20k-50k; Mega50k-100k; Diamond 100k-1million. My investment/loan was $1500 and now the return/trade is $18,204.79 still less than the gold acct investment which is 20k-50k, but they kept insisting I upgrade my account. Which I did to a Gold acct, but until I send them $700 I won't be able to obtain the withdrawal in the account.
