I visited livebetteroutlet.com on April 24 2020. I placed an order for 3 children’s mask 2 pink and white ones and 1 spider man masks. It is now July 8 2020 and I have not received my products or a refund. They were responsive at first with my emails but after not receiving any response to three of my latest emails I found their phone number. My calls were going through at first now I go straight to voicemail. I have also had my friend call his call went through maybe 2 times and now straight to voicemail. After further research I found that an alarming number of customers from April has still not gotten their products not even a tracking number. They don’t return anyone’s calls or emails and if they text you they just say “all orders have been delayed” and ask for an order number. What’s the purpose of that information if they aren’t going to ship your order.
