I ordered what said was buy one, get one free for $64.99. Instead, they charged me double and an additional $59.99 for I don't know what. I emailed them within 3 minutes of placing the order to cancel the order. When I got no reply, I called them less than 4 hours after I placed the order and was told it was already sent to their fulfillment center and they couldn't refund it or stop the order from going out. Their website is extremely deceptive and misleading. Stay away!

They advertised apple cider vinegar gummies for $62.50 and I ended up getting charged $196. And $24 for what I ordered. I tried going on their website but it was non existent. I called the two phone numbers and it directed me to a third party customer service that had no clue who I was or any type of order for me. Definitely a scam! Now I’m out almost $200 and my credit card company won’t help me because I don’t have an invoice because they didn’t send me one:((

My experience is exactly the same as everyone else. The third party that took my call was Auburn Boost Diet at 1-844-544-1984 and when I told him to cancel because i never ordered this product he refused to cancel the order stating that it already was shipped. I had to report to my bank and cancel my card. Lesson learned no more online ordering unless its through Amazon.

On April 22, 2022 I ordered 2 bottle of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR GUMMIES.
when I received the invoice it was written 4 bottles! Plus a bottle of CLEANSE DIET x 1 which I never order.
On the invoice there was a US PHONE NUMBER (833)860-1447
which I tried to reach but it was alway saying the number was not available.
I did send emails: [email protected]
I never had any anwers.
My emails was asking to cancell any further automatic shipment of any of their product and debit on my credit card
On 2022-05-02 I reached the company and spoke to Geene to cancell the monthly subscription.
Yesterday 2022-06-09 I received another invoice on my email that my shipment was on its way "Thank you for your purchase"!
The number on that invoice was (855)593-2794
I called this morning 2022-06-10 and I talked to Geene.
Again, she said I couldn't send the bottle back, nor stop the shipment not have the money back. Of the bottle of CLEANSE DIET X 1 = US103.44
She told me that I had until a certain day to cancell and I did not.
I told her I didn't know; it was written no where on the invoice and that I had written to [email protected]/ with no anwer.
Nothing worked when I was talking to Geene
Except that she sent me an email cancelling, this time, the monthly subscription of CLEANSE DIET BOTTLE.
According to her, I am using those products since the beginning. But I could easily send them back not even opened (3 bottles of Gummies)
Also the bottle of Cleanse Diet.

So, not being able to send the bottles back or be reemboursed is unacceptable!

On May 20, 2022, I visited the livewellnesshealthshop website by following a link from a website (elalud) with a Shark Tank endorsement.
I saw and bought the 3 for 6 package with a unit price of $39.95 per item. I was expecting not more than $140 in charges (shipping included).
I was redirected to another page that recommended 2 additional products to include in my purchase. I did nothing, expecting that I needed to explicitly add them to my cart for them to be added. I confirmed and did not get to review my purchase, total cost, nothing.
A couple of minutes later, I received an email with a total charge of $288.96 on my credit card.
I promptly emailed them to dispute the charges. 2 days later, a customer service agent called me, via phone, and essentially put the blame on me for proceeding.
I requested a refund but was told I have to wait to receive the items before I can request any refund, even though the items had not been shipped.
All attempts to recover my money have been futile.
Definitely, a painful one to swallow

There isn't much more I can add to all these experiences. I did the buy 2 get 2 free. I didn't opt for the 2 complimentary bottles of whatever it was. Clicked checkout and the purchase went through. Most legitimate sites will take you to a checkout page where you can go over everything and once confirmed then hit checkout/pay. I was going to settle for the 50% refund they offered. I figured that gets it much closer to what I was willing to pay for this. I was told he just tried processing the refund and my credit card declined it. At this point I knew what animals I was dealing with. Sorry, that's insulting to animals. I've started a dispute with the CC company. Wish you all luck if you go after your money.

I never normally fall for this and actually in this instant I didn't even click confirm with this. I saw an ad on Facebook and clicked on it to see what it was about. I typed in my information to get a final price to see what it was and ads began popping up. I tried getting around the ads but they just wouldn't stop. Eventually i just closed off the website and went back to Facebook. I didn't see a receipt so I figured that this was it. But just to be safe I wanted to double check my credit card and saw a charge for $277! I was pissed! Especially since the deal was "45.95" each and buy 2 get 2 free.

I immediately began hunting down their 'customer service' which is just a fake number that says that 'it is not set up to take phone calls'. I sent an email out knowing I probably wouldn't hear back. I immediately called my bank to explain what happened and put a dispute up. They told me to try calling this number that was underneath my order which I was confused at as I assumed it would have been the order number, nope, it's a phone number. The working one. I talked to two agents and low and behold they hang up on me just as I ask for the refund. I tried calling again but it's clear they are waiting me out. I don't think they realized how quick I was to jump on the ball to dispute the charge. So now, I'm just waiting for my payment to be authorized so that the bank has all the information it needs to fight this charge.

I feel so stupid but at the same time even just being on their website was dangerous as it was for me. I hadn't even clicked confirm and it was straight through to my credit card once it had my information. BEWARE of this website and these people. Major SCAM! If you do fall to their schemes just jump on the ball as quickly as possible to fight with your bank to get the charge reversed. I'll be asking for a new credit card number as well to fight any further 'subscription' charges that I've seen people talk about.

UPDATE!

The third agent picked up after thirty minutes of me waiting on the line. He somehow knew who I was despite me not having to provide my name, email address, and phone number, which I wasn't surprised at as I knew that he was apart of a scam ring (It was different people who answered I could tell by their voices). I let this guy have it. I threatened him and told him I already put a dispute charge through my bank and he had one of two choices. He could either not give me my money back and the bank does or he could just refund me. He tried to offer a fifty percent off and I told him that I never intended to buy this product. He paused for a minute after that, I'm sure trying to figure out what to say. I reiterated that I had my bank on this and whatever he said from here on out is only going to be used by my bank to dispute this charge and I will have my money back either way. He gave in. He issued me a full refund and told me it would take 7-10 business days but I knew he reversed it right away and low and behold, it's on my credit card as a reversed charge. I also went through and got a new credit card issued as I'm worried about these people having my credit card number to try to add these 'subscription' payments. So it's cancelled right away.

If you do fall for this I think threatening them is the best thing you can do to get your money back. Threaten them with your bank or the police (you can say you filed a police report), you can also threaten that you reported them to the government as I have done that before. I've never had this happen but knew that if I threatened them with my bank disputing the charges that they would have to give in. It's a lose-lose situation for them, and one that can potentially get them in more trouble. It worked for me. Definitely keep fighting and immediately get your bank involved the moment you notice what has happened.

This is a 100% a SCAM! Stay away and if you fall for their trap, fight them!

I saw this ad. I don’t know why I made the decision to buy this… normally I do more research… i’ll blame covid. Anyway, I bought the 6 bottles. 3 and 3 free. I entered my infos and thought I would be transfered on another page to get the amount + shipping, but nope. Right after I got charged. I took a look on my bank account and it was 372$cad.
I tried to call the number, it was not in service. So I emailed them. Like 30 times in 15 minutes.
They finally called during the afternoon. The lady said the price was 39,95$ per bottle if you go with the 3bottles/3 offers because 1 bottle is usually 80$. Fair enough, their website is misleading, I jumped in both feet.
They also charged me an extra 25$ for a subscription fee I never asked for. So I asked to get rid of that crap. They said to call back around may 25 to cancel it because they couldn’t do it before (!). They also gave me a phone number to call that is working (I tried 3 times to make sure). But I still don’t trust it. I’m going to call my bank to make sure they block this next time.

The lady on the phone said I could return the bottles to get a reimbursement because it was already being process at the shop and therefore, they couldn’t cancelled. Which is totally dumb. I think I’ll just sell them on the marketplace so people can try. It’s like 35$ at the pharmacy. I’ll lose money but it’s my fault.

Let’s say: never again.

I also made my researches (too late I know), and one of the sharks said he is really upset that these ads run around because they never supported such companies.

…. So. If you want to try a bottle, I sell 6 for 372$ ??

VERDANTPROGOALS 833-4902734 UT this is how it appears on my bank account. It said buy 3 at $39.97 and get 3. But they said on the phone you have to buy 6 to get the $39.97 price. At the end of the process you get the response as order confirmed. I was surprised to find I was charged $254.56. When I called they said they could not refund my money because the order had been processed and they said it was in the fine print.

I had click the ad of these Keto Apple Cider vinegar gummies and they had Also offered two other things that were free, well obviously I was charged for those too and came to a balance of like 249 dollars and I've tried to call and email to get a refund. They did cancel my account ?. Would still like to try and get a refund

So, I ordered the ACV dummies (4 bottles) & got Cleanse & Garcinia Cambogia (1 bottle each, for FREE). Yes, they all came in the mail (the ACV, at a ridiculous price of $285.00!), and I liked the ACV gummies. Here's the catch. I never wanted the other stuff to begin with (Cleanse & GC), BUT low & behold, they started charging me monthly WITHOUT me saying YES to this & each bottle was $130.00 each. As I've been so busy, it took me a few weeks to find out that I'd even been charged. Called the merchant & they won't give me any of my money back! I even said I'd return the bottles (unopened) but they said NO...I hadn't canceled within 30 days... LOL! Yeah, excuse me.. when you don't provide a legit phone number, email, or website, how the heck is anyone supposed to call out your nonsense?! Finally someone phoned me to talk about the matter, and I just ripped into them! Not sure what to do. I guess I'll try to call the bank now.

I had purchased some diet pills (keto). I chose the deal buy 3 get 3 free at 39,95$ each.
I was charged 350$ for my purchase. Plus it said free shipping. Not what I see on my receipt. And another charge was on my bank card for 30$ but I never agreed or bought something more.
I have written to them but no response. I tried calling but it says the number is not in service. I looked up the email and not accessible.

I feel so stupid.

The Exact same thing that the poster. above that happened to me. My charge was $260, I disputed it with my bank and they said they spoke with the merchant and confirmed the purchase which I did not make. I did receive a confirmation email from the company stating that I purchased something when I didn’t So I tried to call the numbers and visit the website that was provided and they are all disconnected now

I ordered CV+ because of 60 day no risk guarantee. Turns out you can return what you don't use with a 20% restocking fee and paying shipping. They also put a subscription to another product under my name without my authorization. Probably just writing off $250 I lost but I want to warn others.

Hello, My debit card was charged four times for Keto weight loss, cleanse, garcinia Cambodia, apple cider vinegar. It total with shipping $454.31 the company website not legit. I do not know how these people got my debit card info let alone my name, email and mailing address. Very scary. I reported the fraud charges to my bank but low and behold the bank called and the company confirmed all my info with tracking shipping info on the stuff above. I called the company myself and the man told me he can only refund 1/2 even if I sent the product back because I subscribed to the company products. I went off like any normal human being would knowing you are being scammed. I told the man I’ll be filing a police report within seconds my subscription was canceled and the refund of 1/2 I got an email on. Funny thing can’t get money back because I canceled my card the week before when I saw these changes come through. Beware these people are thinking up anything to get money from you. I will be fighting full force to get my money back from bank.
