Co-op and Spectrum made a deal for a bundled internet and cable plan. We don’t use cable TV, however the co-op took control of our Spectrum account and Livable billed us for cable TV service that we never opted in for, never received, and do not intent to use. Livable is a third party billing company that is used to scam people.
