I purchased heatless curling wraps. At checkout I mistakenly ordered two and emailed the company immediay to cancel the second. I did not get a reply for days so I emailed. When I finial my did get a reply the email said the items already shipped so they could not cancel the second item. I asked about returning the item and did not get a reply. When the item arrived it was ineffective. I emailed again and asked now to return both items. They asked for pictures. I sent pictures. Then they asked for a video of me using the item. It’s a lot of run around and they are not refunding my purchase. Website does not say “no refunds”. The tracking started from California but the package itself had a return address from Texas.
