I ordered a puppy online and paid $986.00 with American Express Gift cards. I was sent and Email requesting $2850.00 for insurance. I was told the insurance will be refunded when the puppy is delivered. This is a scam and I have already sent the money.

The individual, Fynn Wilbert (aka Serg Prestige Wilbert), with the email address [email protected], attempted to sell us a puppy. He sent an email with contact information, pictures, and videos of a puppy via email. When we expressed interest and said we would like to pick up the puppy, he agreed but was vague about setting up time. A deposit was sent via Zelle where different information regarding his name was provided to us. The money transfer of $350.00 was sent through Zelle as a deposit for $700.00. The transfer was cancelled once we discovered the individual would not speak with us via phone nor send the paperwork regarding purchase. We also googled the physical address and confirmed the house was owned by an elderly couple. We did a search on the phone number, which came up with no registered owner. We also searched the website IP address which listed the owners location somewhere in Africa.
