Bought BOGO dog beds and weighted blanket totaled $103. Was given the constant runaround back-and-forth saying it was back ordered Covid one excuse after another now their website is temporarily down and no one‘s responding to emails anymore.

I ordered two dog beds in March. I have not received them and today is May 6th 2021. I reached out and they said I chose standard shipping and it did not come with a tracking number. I provided proof of my order that listed express tracked shipping as my shipping method and now I get no response. I have no tracking number and no dog beds.
