Ordered one car wash 500ml 2nos, received fake item of 120ml 1no, tried calling the phone number mentioned, and sent a mail, both were fake, i sent a message on WhatsApp no response, this is a fake and fraudulent company

I ordered 2 dog beds through this company through a Facebook ad I seen for the BOGO sale. I ordered 2 beds and spent almost $50. I emailed them a few weeks later and they responded saying that the free shipping didn't come with a tracking number and that they would try to find out where it was. Well about 3 weeks later I emailed again and again was told the same thing as before and that they're a new company overwhelmed by all the orders and to please be patient as they get orders out. And I haven't heard anything from them since then. I have requested a refund with all my emails and they just stopped responding.

I saw a Facebook ad for these anxiety dog beds and was interested in one, like many other people. I went to their website and they were having a sale so I ordered 2 for my dogs in March ($125 each).

I started to worry when a month passed by and couldn't find the confirmation email they had sent me so I contacted them through their website 'contact us' button. A week or 2 went by so I emailed them directly.

They did respond and apologized and told me they were a small business and were having delays and they would get me the shipping/tracking information.

A couple weeks more and I never received this info from them so contacted them again.

The third time emailed them they told me I didn't upgrade my shipping so I don't get tracking and the items had been shipped.

I waited another week and this was about 2 months from order date and asked for a full refund. I got no response from this email and once the 2 month mark from order date I contacted my bank.

Now we are almost half way through July after my bank contacted them in June and they finally responded saying that the items were delivered at the end of May. They absolutely were NOT delivered. So of course now I am most likely out over $250 USD. If you now look at their Facebook page there are a lot of angry people on there. Their posts show 200+ comments but only show 2 or 3 which means this "company" is hiding the people warning others. Their website no longer exists.

Ordered items on 1/4/2021. No items were delivered. Money taken from account with nothing delivered.

I ordered two dogs beds on the Bogo sale through Snapchat ads. The purchase was from March 23, 2021 & I have never received my items & spent almost 200 dollars.

Ordered 2 dog beds, never delivered, but charged. Tried to reach out and they co tinged to say it was shipped and there is no tracking on free shipping. They eventually stopped responding and I never received anything. They said shipping could take up to 8 weeks….it’s been at least 16. Total scam and I wish I knew where to report them to the federal government so they can stop victimizing innocent people and be arrested.

Same as the others. Out the money, no beds, and no response. Wish I knew where to report them to the federal government so they can be arrested.

I ordered 3 dog beds on Facebook with the BOGO, sale and I have not heard a thing from them.. My credit card was processed and I have not heard a thing. Little paws on line.com is a scam. Do not order from them. I am out 203.00. My order was place way back in early April.

I have the same issue as several others have stated. I purchased 2 beds with the BOGO sale on March 31,2021. On April 12. I asked for an update. They responded on April 13 with the order had shipped but were waiting for the tracking number. They also started that they were a small business and to be patient. On April 24 I sent another email asking for a status update. They replied on April 25 with basically the same response as they did on my previous inquiry. I sent another email inquiry on May 4 and several more days. Not response on any of my update requests. I finally contacted my bank to dispute the charge due to lack of merchandise being received. I strongly encourage anyone else in the same situation to do the same.

My 1st order was received- shipping was a bit long but we got it! Then I purchased 2 additional dog beds on 3/20/2021. I am having the same problems as others. No updates after payment was received and order confirmation. Have tried to contact through their website, Facebook and email. No response. So unfortunate.

Just like others, I ordered 2 dog beds in March and 2 months later asked where my beds were. Told me standard shipping doesn’t come with tracking. 3 months later and they stopped responding to my emails. No phone number to call. Complete scam!

I purchased 2 doggie beds back on 3/15/2021. Similar to the other complaint on here, they said I selected regular shipping with no tracking. Next they told me it was shipped but couldn’t tell me the day it was shipped, eventually they stopped responding to my emails. Super unhappy and I can only imagine how many people they have scammed.
