I have the same problem. I asked for a refund and have recieved no response. It has been 1 month since I ordered.

I order a pair of ear pods form this company and never received the goods. They took my money immediately..when I tried to contact them they responded saying they would look into it. Every email says the same thing and they have no phone number to contact them .
