I received a call from 831-778-4169. The caller said my first and last name along with the last four of my social security number. The caller said there was litigation on me and that they would need to verify my information before giving me details. I asked where they got this information and when they would not tell me I hung up.

Keep getting calls saying there is a case against me and they give a badge number ect. They have called almost everyone in my family even numbers I dont even have.

Told me basic info bout myself, cell number a old address and last 4 of my social and told me I had pending litigation coming due to a unpaid loan. Got told the company who gave me loan was trying to get their money back since my check was returned. I have no checks and the info was old they used but sounded like a call center. The 864 number is from a town not far from mine.
