Ordered a described "platform bed made from Scandinavian wood" and discovered I'd been mislead in their advertising.

The wood is sourced from all over China, not finished, not sanded, not quality. I emailed customer service to cancel my order and they refused. I've contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Do not purchase from this company.

I purchased a product online through this website https://www.litfad.com. The shipping and delivery date was 4 to 6 weeks. I never received any products so After 10 weeks, I tried to follow up with the support through chat and email but they said the items was canceled and there is no refund. I never canceled the product and I never received any. So I asked for refund but they denied to issue refund. they falsely claiming that I canceled. there is no email response and when I go through chat support after providing details, no one responds on chat
