I was asking around about rosin presses and came across Lit Extraction being a reputable place to purchase some heat plates for pressing rosin. I made a purchase for some 5 x 7 plates and some press bags the total was just above $600, since then he told me over social media that there was a death in the family so they would be shipped a little late. I am going on 4 months now without anything being received on my end messages nor the item i purchased. After numerous phone calls and emails i have come to the conclusion this sale isn't being fulfilled, i have chatted with others and they have had the same results being ignored and not having messages returned.

I found a website with some info pertaining to Lit Extraction as i learned they were based from Calgary AB, website attached below
