Lisa Norris Rental Scam

I responded to a post on Craigslist advertising a rental property. Prior to seeing the property she needed a screenshot of my credit scores. The home had a for sale sign in the yard, so I knocked on the door to check and see if it was actual available to rent or if the listing was a scam. The listing was a scam. All communication with Lisa was via text from a number in the 510 area code.

She pretended to have rental property, a house. I gave her a credit card number for the background check. She does not have an actual property management company and does not work at the real estate company that is selling the property.
