The webpage showed physical books, a set of six that was 70% off. I placed an order & they gave me a link to down load 6 books but never intended to send real books to me. I contacted Lisa Magic & she said she does not do refunds even though I am not receiving the items charged to my credit card.

I did not download anything from her links as this is not what I was lead to believe I was getting.

My credit card company plans to dispute the charge.
