Lisa Carleton scammed me out of $300 by offering to sell a puppy. I found her on puppy find. She has since removed herself. She asked for a deposit of $300 to hold the puppy. I sent it via Venmo. A couple of weeks later she sent text with instructions to meet to pick up the puppy at a Burger King parking lot in Derry, NH (due to COVID-19). She did not show and another couple arrived stating they were to pick up a puppy also from the same person. They lost $1400. We texted and called her phone number with no answer. Her phone was not in service. We called the police. They said there was nothing they could do.
