Purchased a brown Titan sweatshirt and yes it sat in Jamaica NY for half a month. The product did arrive and was horrible. Super shiny, blotchy and discolored with rubber iron on logos. Linda is the customer service person who is worthless in resolving this. I sent them photos of what was on their site and photos of what i received asking to send back for a refund and their response was sorry No. $75 for ugly sweatshirt of the year. Horrible company and product!

My husband ordered an NFL jersey from this site, over a month ago. It has not left Jamaica NY, just like many of these other reviews. Do not waste your money, the person who responds to emails "Linda" is a JOKE and will just send you in circles. Don't waste your time.

Do not buy from this company
Two things
1. we did order the item. it took almost a month which gets you out of any returns.30 days from purchase.

2.Once you try to return the item.
If it doesn’t fit, you cannot return it because you chose the size.
If you don’t like the color, you can return it.
Very bad business practices

They had an ad for jerseys on Instagram. I ordered two and only received one while the other one was ripped. I emailed them to tell them they said they would issue a refund. When I asked for confirmation as to the amount I would be refunded and when I could expect it, I was told that they couldn’t issue a refund to me because I had opened a dispute. So it would take months to issue my refund now because I “opened a dispute”. When all I did was email about a missing product and a damaged product.

I ordered a jersey on December 9, 2023 and they took the money from my account and never delivered. Just got email stating shipping label was processed that the package was in Jamaica New York, toll free number does NOT work

I order 2 nfl jackets on 11.20.23. Then on 11.21.23 shows usps label from Jamaica New York and as of today 12.8.23 it is still in Jamaica New York. Have received an email not able to cancel or refund since it is in transit. They offered 10% discount on next purchase. What an insult.

Their phone number gives a busy signal all the time and the second number on their website doesn’t work. I emailed them about the product that I bought over a month ago that I have not gotten. They say the tracking info takes time to update in the system. But when I look at the tracking info it just says that it comes and goes from Jamaica NY, and never leaves there. It’s said that for about a month. They refuse to give me a refund that I requested because I did not get the product.

I placed an order for two hoodies on 11/18/2023. They sent me a tracking number on 11/20/2023 and the status said "awaiting USPS." Today is 12/2/2023 and the status has not changed. There are two customer service numbers on their website, but neither of them work. A person named "Linda" responded to my email and gave me the same tracking information I already had. We have exchanged emails over the past several days and all she has said was they are working to get the order out and please have sympathy. WHAT! Sympathy? I requested a refund. She said they only give refunds within the first 6 hours of purchase. How could I possibly have known within 6 hours that they were going to take my money with no intention of shipping the items?

This might be fake ? Not sure what else to do maybe who ever is giving them the licensing should be aware of this size scam. Selling Women’s XL on website and sending youth XL to customers. With no return accepted due to wrong size ordered.

I ordered from Lipomarts and they are a scam! I ordered an adult small and received a youth small and they won't refund or exchange anything. I have sent pictures of the measurements to them multiple times and even attached measurements of an actual adult small that we purchased from Scheels which proves a big difference. They are refusing to send me the correct size jersey so I just lost my money and will never purchase anything from them ever again and I would do they same. THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

I bought the product online which was a football jersey i wanted to attend a 49ers game in Cleveland. I purchased the item September 18th, 2023 in order to try it on to make sure it at least fit. The football game I'm attending is in Cleveland to see my 49ers play on October 15th, 2023.

I've contacted email support about it and they just gave me a tracking number that doesn't update at all since they first sent it over to me through USPS. This is the tracking number 92487902336062820012998596.

I've reached out through email and customer support and all they said was it should be updated soon which it hasn't been. Also that they"ll give me 10 percent off my next order lol. I'm like I just want what I paid for is all.

I bought a jersey going on almost 3 weeks ago... no jersey...and they gave me a fake package tracking link its been saying my package has been at the same place for the past 3 weeks they refuse to refund my money its a scam DONT PURCHASE .I contacted my bank to try to get my money refunded but it can take up to 150 days dont trust this site they are taking peoples money.

Ordered two customized Philadelphia eagles jerseys. They sent 2 child size jerseys incorrectlt labeled as adult sizes.

On their website I clearly ordered one adult men large and one adult women medium. (see attachments of photos showing the differences between an old adult men large and the child size they sent me.

Once I received these jerseys and I tried then on and they were too little for me and I wear an adult women small.

Everything else is perfect, the quality of material, the stitch and the customization was spot on.

After receiving these jerseys I checked out their company's compliant section and it obvious that they have a history of sending kids sizes incorrectly.

I live in Florida and the Eagles are coming here to play Tampa in 27 days. Its too late for me to order new one, actually I probably wouldn't order from them again since they do not reply to my numerous phone calls and messages. Unable to leave messages as my calls goes directly to a busy signal.

They send me the wrong size and are making excuses and not exchanging it. I had to send pictures twice. Based on the measurement they send a youth size and not adult size. Picture are clear and they are telling me to redo. I now have a jersey I can never wear and I’m out money I will never see

I'm now dealing with the same BS! Just called my bank after trying to call their now out of service or straight to dial tone numbers with no response so my bank has issues me a claim complaint to investigate this company! I ordered on Sept 29 for $63.90 & still waiting for the "hold facility" to ship package!
