I show there advertisement on Instagram for Bogg Bags, I clicked on the ad and was brought to their site. They showed the bag that I wanted as In Stock so I proceeded to place my order on July 10th and my credit card was charged that same day. I allowed over a week to pass with my email confirming my shipment, so in July 19th I reached out inquiring about when my bag was going to be shipped and was told then that it was in fact not is stock and that is ALWAYS takes 3-5 days to get it back in stock. I told them I would wait the 5 days max, however after the 5+ days past I still did not a shipping confirmation. I reached out to them again on July 28th to request a status and to inform them that if the item could not be shipped out my 7/30 I would like a full refund. It has been several days and they have not responded. I feel like this is a scam as they are falsely advertising that they have items they do not and are charging the customer before the item ships.
