Bought a puppy through a breeder that uses this company to ship the pup via airplane. This company emails you to force you to buy mandatory pet insurance in case something happens to pet while in plane. The direct flight becomes non-direct and at the first stop the puppy supposedly isn't well and needs care so they ask you for another $1500
