Came across this website looking for a spinner carry on suitcase, I googled the name of the company to make sure it was not outside of the US and the information came back with a location in New Jersey. After seeing that i went ahead and ordered the suitcase for 34.90 - its been two months since i placed the order(2/8/23) today is 4/11/23. The tracking number provided did not work so i emailed them through the shipping notification i was sent by the company (support@fribrego.com) and asked for a refund. We have 14 replies in the email string and each time i asked them to refund the purchase since i have not received it. They still do not want to give me my money back. Come to find out with the tracking link they provided through the replies, I was able to see where they shipped it- Elm City, NC. I live in Port Alsworth, Alaska - how they messed that up i do not know. It also shipped from Yanwen facility somewhere in China. Had i known it was coming from international destination i would definitely not placed the order. So the location of the company is misleading and is impossible for them to issue a refund. I am getting the run around. I will continue until they fulfill my wishes. I have told them to please refund this purchase many times in many different ways and they act like it is impossible for them to do so. They sound and feel like a scam now that I am getting their replies - and sadly i fell for it even though i googled the website to make sure it was not outside of the U.S. They are in China
