Type of a scam Tech Support
they played along and in order to fix my router, said they needed to share my screen
took me through all the steps of repairing the router and then wanted to charge me $150 to clean up my computer disk saying that it had malware on it
linksys support is free which is what clued me into the fact that they were not linksys support so i shut off my computer immediately
at this point i do not know if they installed anything or stole any information
