I ordered an item from lindseylori.com on June 11, 2016. I was charged for it that day, received the email that I had been billed and would be contacted when the item shipped. I was never contacted. I emailed their help address to ask about my order 3 weeks later with no response. I contacted them 3 more times about the status of my order and if it was on its way. I never got a response from Lindsey Lori and I never received my item, or a refund for this item. It has been over 2 months since I've made the order and I would like to get a refund at this point.
