On Jan 11, 2019 I was called by a Allison Tanner at Linebrooke Lending and offered a loan for $10k and was given 3 options. One was to add a cosignor, two was to pay 3 months of the monthly payment upfront or three was to pay for insurance on the loan. I picked option two and was sent a very legal appearing loan commitment and was told to wire the 3 months payments and I was all set. I trusted this Allison Tanner and sent the money. After 2 more times of sending more money for a total of $1,541.75 and getting a complete run around by Allison and this Fred Peters ( I think that was his fake name since I couldn't understand him) I never saw the loan. I asked for an immediate return of my money and was told I had to wait 30 days - after arguing with them I called back 30 days later and "Fred" said no I had the wrong date and acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and no answer and the phones went out of service and website went down. I had provided them with my bank name and account number thinking they were sending me the money so I had to go and close that account out which cost me more money and aggravation that I am still cleaning up from. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I was stupid and lost a big chunk of my budget and was taken advantage of.

My name is ***. I have a bad credit history and I was looking for a loan to borrow and pay out some debts that I had. Landing group came in help and I was so naive and eager to get help from them that I have sent them $1600 as they said for 6 months payment because I am getting money from private lender. Well, stupid me, I believed. Now no one returns my phone call and emails. I kept all emails that we have with Sophia (not sure if that's even her real name). Just warning you - do not believe them. And even if they sign a contract with you - it's a scam. Contract is not valid.

A female by the name of sophia at 1-800-595-2051 ex 705 called said I was approved for a loan in the amount of 6000.00 however, in order to receive such loan I would have to do one of the following :

A- have a co-signer with no debt and makes 50,000 or more a year

B- make three months payments of 180.00 for a total of 540.00

C- purchase a credit insurance that cost up too 1200.00

When I requested information be sent to me she would only agree to send the information for option B when I said no I need A she said well I would need to approve the co-signer first before sending documents.
