My wife ordered what she thought was one bottle of Limitless One Shot Keto, order number 8418443. She had seen the ad on Facebook and the ad said they had been on the TV show Shark Tank with pictures of the stars from the show, so she figured it was legit (this company was never on Shark Tank). She received five bottles at a cost of $198.70. The ad also had a 90 day guarantee that she could return the product and they would refund her money, no questions asked. The date of purchase was 3/20/2021. My wife called the company on 4/9/2021 to request a refund. The representative told her that her money would be returned and that she did not have to return the 5 bottles. We returned the five bottles with a letter explaining that it was not working for her and requested a refund. We also paid for the shipping ($8.00). They received the package on April 13,2021 at 10:47am tracking number 9405503699300343545748, 24 days from the purchase date. 50 days have passed and we have not received a refund. I contacted the company and talked with a representative named Sam on 6/4/2021 to inquire about the refund, all I got was the run around. We are 70 years old and on Social Security. I am sure I will never see my $198.70 again but I hope I can alert others to avoid this company. Lesson learned for us.
