The product is supposed to help you lose weight. It did not work. So I called to let them know I would like to return 4 unopened bottles and asked for a refund. I received the pills 4/19/21. I called within 30 days .. 5/11/21. The "terms and conditions" on their website (bottom of page) state that you have 60 Days to request a refund . Their Customer Service tried their best to stall me.. put me on several long holds while checking on this. He told me that they really wanted me to try this a little longer - to do so They will refund 50%. (99.35) And I would not need to return the bottles - they said the refund period is 30 days - I argued and told him to look under their own Terms and Conditions: It clearly states 60 days. They said there is a restocking fee and processing fee etc. but they will take them back,if I agree to try it one more week. They will go ahead and send the 50% refund now. I received an email that the refund was sent on 5/11. ... It never came yet. (6/1) I called back and now they say, I missed the 30 day refund period. The woman in Customer Service said she was not allowed to give out her last name. Please warn others. I thought Terms and Conditions are legally binding?
