I posted on December 9, 2022 (Do not buy from this company—dishonest). Today, February 23, 2023, after much back and forth and problems with China customs, Lily Hair resolved my issue. They refunded my money minus a 15% restocking fee, and I am ultimately pleased with the end result. I tried to take down my bad review but could not figure out a way to do it. The wig was very nice, but returning it was the problem. I would say if there was a chance you might have to return your purchase, be aware that it won't be easy.

Almost the same experience as Reporter396493. I had even reached out to them before ordering to make sure a wig could be returned if it didn't work. I spent $211. The wig did NOT work--not even close, it was way too large for my skull, even after using the tightening band. When I contacted them for a refund, I started getting the runaround. They offered my a $40 refund and told me I could keep the wig and fix it myself! Then after a couple back-and-forths, they just quit responding to my emails. I'm so angry and so disgusted at the dishonesty. I could write a lot more, but that's it in a nutshell.

I purchased LilyHair hair extensions online from the LilyHair website https://www.lilyhair.com. The website looks legitimate in every way, I liked the products showcased, hence I decided to make the purchase. I received the product within one week which was nice, the product was nicely wrapped and presentation looked very nice and also legitimate. However the product itself had some issues in quality. I contacted customer service on their page https://www.lilyhair.com/pages/contact-us, they never responded. So then I contacted them at the only email address I found online which was [email protected] . They responded to my complaint after a whole week, to which I asked for an exchange. It was difficult communicating with them as I felt that they couldn't understand what I was talking about, so after much back and forth I asked for a refund, and that's when they disappeared and stopped responding to me completely. I must have sent at least 10 emails after that last communication from them asking for a refund or even an exchange, anything they could give me because I just did not like the product that they had sent me and I wanted to get the matter resolved. Nothing at all. No matter what I said they never responded. I searched the internet for an alternative email address, phone number, but there was no other party I could contact from their office. My credit card company conducted an investigation and I was eventually refunded the money that I lost. I'm here to warn other potential buyers about this company. Do not buy from LilyHair. If the product is not to your satisfaction, you are screwed. What a headache it was for more than two months. I am not sure if this company's email was compromised, or if there is some sort of scam going on within the company, or if its employees are just lazy and do not care to provide any costumer service, I do not know I still do not understand what happened to me, I just hope that I am flagging this company to the Better Business Bureau and that they will be able to conduct their own investigation into these people, in the hopes that this will not happen to somebody else.

I just ordered fro Lilyhair. I wish I would have seen this first. I’ve tried to cancel. No answer to the email. What didn’t you like about it? Was it the hair quality or color? Thanks
