At the beginning of May I ordered a pillow case from their website. Over a week later I had not received any type of confirmation of purchase. I attempted to contact the company through the email they provided to PayPal where I paid them through, and it immediately sent back an automated email in Chinese. The name in PayPal also does not match the name of the company itself. This happened two more times when I attempted to email them. Finally I went to the website to try and contact them through there. They require that you fill out your name, phone number, email, and problem and then within three days they will contact you. I have attempted this method three times over the last month and have received no contact from them. I finally filed a complaint through PayPal to get my money back. I no longer wanted to deal with this company because I no longer believed they were real. Due to the automated emails in another language I no longer believed they were located where they said they were. After filing with PayPal they claimed that they had already shipped the product and it would be at my door within a week. It's been over a week since their printing label has been created and the package has not moved. The website claims they are located in the UK, the automated emails are in Chinese, and the shipping label was created in New York. None of it is adding up.
