Online purchase scam

My fiancé and I were shopping for a boxer and we stumbled across Lily Boxer Heaven Puppies they seemed legit they had all the right things especially showing the certificates proving that they were real and legit and that they wouldn’t even think about scamming us. I must say we were a little hesitant but the puppy we wanted we just couldn’t resist we just really had high hopes. We were asked if we had Zelle as a payment method but our bank didn’t work with them so we were told to get an American Express gift card for the amount of $500 and that included the purchase of the puppy and $100 for the shipping. The way they spoke and the way they conducted their business was very intelligent and respectful and showed us reviews and like I said had a bunch of certificates proving they were legit! We went to cvs purchased a $500 gift card sent the information and we were even given a tracking number for the puppy to be delivered! The next day we got an email from them telling us that we had to pay $2500 for the puppy to be shipped in a crate and that the crate and shipping cost was going to total $2500. That’s when we realized it was a scam because once we told them we weren’t going to continue with this and we just wanted our money back that’s when all of the back and forth between us stopped it was just us trying to get our money back, we contacted the company that they used to process the gift card through and they were no help at all, they didn’t even want to help in anyway, we were just told sorry there is nothing we can do. It was devastating due to the loss of the money but more importantly because we were so happy and in love at first site with the puppy we wanted her so bad it was heartbreaking! So please if anyone comes across them even though they probably changed there name in someway just be careful because they will try to get you for all you have if they can. My advice would be if your in the market for an animal make sure at some point in the process you see the animal in person that the payment is no way made in a form of a gift card or any of the money sending apps and that you do an extensive search on and about the company you will be working with if you have any doubts at all then please go with that gut feeling and do not send any amounts of money!

My wife found their website so I decided to email them. We had an exchange, yes the dog I wanted was still available, they asked me some questions and I answered. All seemed good. The red flag was raised for me when they said that it would cost $100 for shipping the puppy to NJ and that they would deliver the puppy to my door for no extra charge...WHAT? What company would do anything extra for no additional fee? I looked up pet shipping services and the cheapest I found was for about $850 so I asked additional, pointed questions about the shipping service they use, they told me that I would receive all that info once payment is received. That's when I ended the conversation with them. Alarm bells were going off and I'm glad I didn't send them any money. Complete [censored] they are.

This is a complete SCAM! Do Not Purchase anything from this website.. They have a nice system that will feel completely legitimate until the second you PAY THEM, pay them for more options.. The second you stop giving them money there will be zero contact of any kind and nothing delivered..

After my brief experience with them I would have to say they are very likely scammers. I originally emailed them inquiring about one of the puppies and asked for a street address they gave me a Dallas address which is local to me and asked me a few questions that I answered. Next day they send an email saying the dog is available and asked for electronic payment and they would deliver the dog. When I asked if I could pick up the dog they said no because of corvid safety and again asked for electronic payment. When I called them out as a scammer poof no reply. Folks when it looks to good to be true your flag should go up. Don't ever pay until you have it in hand. Slick pictures and a nice intro but still probably a scammer.

My wife found a puppy and emailed the lilyboxerheaven people . They emailed her back with questions about us to confirm the puppy was going to a good home . They also gave her payment instructions and to use Zelle . My wife tried to send the money through Zelle but Zelle kept saying there was no record of the name my wife put in . My wife then emailed them back and they got nasty and said have someone help you . I googled the telephone # and it came up under your website ScamPulse.com that they were a scam . Also the address that they have listed was an office building so I called the rental agent and he said there was no such business renting there . My wife emailed them back and pasted the add that you the ScamPulse.com said their a scam . Now they changed their address and tel # . Funny thing is the new address they listed is a house for sale by several realtors . Thanks Bob Kaps
