Hello ,I got scammed I ordered some products in April and keep messaging about delivery. I haven't got any response and the number they provide is fake too and my all emails hadn't been sent to the responsible authority. And don't know what to do with it.

I am writing to report a scam involving the website "https://prettypalettestore.co/." I made a purchase on [15-05-23] but have not received my order nor received any updates or responses from their customer support.
The website provided an email confirmation of payment, but after waiting for 2 weeks, there has been no progress or tracking information available for my order. Numerous attempts to contact their customer support have been unsuccessful.
I believe "https://prettypalettestore.co/" is a fraudulent website, aiming to deceive customers and unlawfully obtain their money. Enclosed are copies of relevant documents for your reference.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate actions to prevent further victims. Legal proceedings against those responsible for this fraudulent website should also be considered.

Uh so how

Do we get our money back?. Isn't Facebook supposed to be somewhat responsible for false advertising? Or if they can't be partially responsible for our losses (due to their lack of security process) then they should at least help us who have been victims to this scam. With some info on who this is. Any details that we don't already know.

I made a purchase about 6wks ago, of multiple cosmetic items using the advertisement on Facebook. I paid by credit card and received an email that confirmed the order. No business name used on the email there is only a USA phone number, I am in Australia.
I have sent multiple emails asking at least for shipping confirmation but I've heard nothing back. I've asked where my order is and still no reply.
Just today I checked my credit card statement for the purchase to see where the money was sent to and it said try maiais fashion. I went to that website my bank sent me to and it's a clothing company. So I have emailed them to see why the money would of been sent to them and am awaiting a response.
I have taken a screenshot of the bank details it went to that was on my bank statement and will include this in my report.
Hopefully these people can be caught.

Received an offer through social media. The offer was several different cosmetics and facial products offered for deeply discounted prices. I placed an order and paid for it. It has been a month and I haven't received my order. Tried to contact the seller via the e-mail address (
[email protected]) used to confirm my order but I have received no answer to my inquiry.
I was scammed out of my money.

Fake phone number…

I paid 20$ for stuff 2 months ago and from the reading of the reviews, I will never see it. Apparently I’m going to have to call my credit union tomorrow even though it’s been two months and see if they can cancel the payment which they probably can’t ..the phone number just goes to recorded line because it’s a complete scam. I even tried emailing them and I’ve heard nothing back.Damn 🥲🙄

Received offer through snapchat ..offer was several different cosmetics and facial products offered for deeply discounted prices. Site stated could only order 14 items per order. Site also offered monthly items like the ones ordered if a payment of $19.99 was paid. I ordered twice..first spending $18 second time $22 also signed up without my consent for the $ 19.99 per month offer. I just figured I would call and cancel..however the phone number provided is not a working #. The number just states all lines are busy.

I placed an order through Instagram and didn't receive it. I tried and tried to contact them to no avail. Then, today, I had a charge on my card for a monthly subscription!? I have emailed and tried to call for weeks before this. I don't know how to stop this and get my money back.

Its really the same as the above complaints, NO customer service phone line just says all are busy with no option to leave a voicemail are anything. Have called multiply times, And no one will answer the email. It is a scam… Im glad i payed with my paypal card, so I can at least get my money back... BUT DONT BUY FROM HERE>

An advertisement shown up on a social media app I used explaining there was a sale on a boutique website that all of the clothes were less than $1. I assumed it was a store shutting down, so I spent around $39/40 on said website. I read reviews on the store on the social media app. Others had reported the same problems about being scammed as well in the comments of the post. When “placing the order”, the site asks for your first and last name, credit card information, email, and exact address. That being said, typically when objects are ordered off the internet, a confirmation email is sent along with tracking numbers. Others also reported never getting confirmation emails/tracking numbers, over months ago.

I got scammed as well. My email had a number to call but everytime I call it says everyone is busy to try again later. My email they sent does not have a tracking number only a confirmation number. I'm not sure what to do now.
