I placed an order for clothing and completed my purchase through PayPal. I didn’t receive an email from Liligal.com confirming my purchase, so I immediately went back to their website to check. I was directed to a message that requested me to upload a picture ID, copies of my utility bill and mortgage statement in order to correctly identify me. I typed an answer to them that under no circumstances would I do that and to cancel my order immediately. I opened a fraudulent transaction ticket with PayPal immediately. Two days later I still haven’t been refunded all of my money. I notified PayPal of this company’s efforts to steal customers identity for fraudulent purposes.

Placed an online order at Liligal.com and money was taken out of my account but no product shipped. The number on their website is either busy or there is no answer. When I try to track the order, the website tells me the order number is not correct. It is the order number that has been used in emails from the website. Do not order from this website. I can't even imagine the process for returning anything as I discovered it is coming from China. I think I will be lucky if I ever see a product. Lesson learned.

(per the URL, the website was just created two months ago) :(
