Lilac Shade advertises clothing and accessories for sale.

I purchased a dress and paid express shipping.

I never received my dress so I emailed them several times asking about the status with NO reply.

I called the number listed on their sight and it is a disconnected/fake number.

They took my money and took others as well.

This website should be shut down!

If you purchased from lilacshade, call your bank and get your money back. They don’t send you your order, just take money and disappear when the complaints come around. There are several people whom reported this site as fraudulent and also claimed when trying reach customer support or file the complaint, no response was provided. I went so far as to call them out on Instagram and posted my comment of their fraudulent website on every image they posted, as well as send them messages on Instagram and their website; they reported me but I was already ahead of them and reported their site on Instagram, in which they were removed and disappeared. They still have their site on “google” so please be aware and stay away from this site! Carefully monitor suspicious charges on your account as well if you purchased from them in the last 5 years
