I came to know about Lil Stuart Store via my friend who came to know through instagram. I was pregnant at the moment. I bought Pregnancy photoshoot dress andit was the most beautiful thing I have bought. The quality was fab and since then I have bought lots of nursery decor and clothing items for my twins. Lil Stuart has some unique and eye catching items for sure!

Roped me in to be an ambassador. Took my money. Wanted to cancel order and manager on Instagram gave me false pretense that customer service could help me. Once I called her and customer service out she told me after 24 hrs the order is " processed " and cannot be canceled. Basically, we processed your money but don't care about actually canceling your order. I have worked customer service before. I know they can send me a return tracking label ( for free ) and that's what I asked. Very little request for the amount of unprofessionalism I received from their end. I will see tomorrow if they chose to be professional and apologetic in sending me one or if it's all for the money. I am also guessing the quality of their products is poor, based on the communication and compliance of the members of this company.
Bottom line. Don't fall for it. They just want your money and are taking advantage of moms.

All images are stolen, actual products are not their own. Scam to get initial contact to spend money - no access to affiliate account, no refunds or cancellations on orders, no response through support, lies through Instagram about promises made to issue refund. The phone number and state address associated with business are all fake and the business is not registered in the US as they claim. Information used for purchasing is also used illicitly.
