Michael Torres 470-296-4873 said he had a buyer for my time share said he was with LightStream Loans. he said they were with the Better Business Bureau. Initially I was to pay 1500.00 for transfer of deed and legal fees. Deposit funds into account to Eralza Hernandez 813-479-8867 , I received receipt, resale contract, proposal/offer to purchase letter. I received these from Mark Ford (President of company). I was to receive $25600.00 for my time share. After deposit made they said no more money would be needed, I asked about bill of sale and Luxury Tax, Michael said no you will pay that after payment with IRS. Then came back wanting $2000.00 for luxury taxes, received papers of Luxury tax form to sign and a copy of the check. Check did not look legitimate. Refused to make another payment to them. They refused to send me a refund.

I have checked for Michael Torres and Eralza Hernandez and found them both on Linkedin but they are not with LightStream , they are using this company's name and logo as far as i know.
