I was called and offered a $10,000 pre-approved loan. They asked how much I needed and the term length i wanted to pay it back. I chose 4 years. They told me the monthly amount it would be. They also asked what is my income. They insisted they needed my routing and account number. I gave it then insisted they needed my log in to my app so they can upload the check for me. I refused. A supervisor came on the phone and I asked why can't they just direct deposit it into my account. Then they said there is a fee to mail a check or do Western Union. I knew it was a scam at that point and didn't even judge them for their foreign accents.
