Purchased tickets for an event that ended up getting “rescheduled” for 3 months later. Asked if the tickets can be used for a different state and date to be able to use them and was told “sometimes you can and sometimes you won’t be allowed in” which doesn’t answer the question. Requested refund and was told I would be charged almost $800 when tickets were $170, because I disputed it with my bank and was getting charged all these fees and that it would get sent to collections under my name. Customer service if that’s what it was, was horrible. Emails were unprofessional, disrespectful and lacked information. Still getting emails about them threatening to send me to collections. Their social media accounts have now been disabled, won’t allow you to contact them, and don’t provide any phone numbers or addresses as to where they are located. Total scam.
