I ordered a red light from the KOZE website and what I received in the mail was a poor quality and broken "red light" with instructions missing pages and with various typos. After emailing KOZE with no response, I chose the "chat" option in order to contact a rep through their website and still no such luck. I looked into the company's address and I can see no record of them at any of the addresses listed on their website or package. The company appears to have been started by an individual using the name Zena Figueroa who started Koze Club LLC on August 21, 2023 (File No. E34253692023-4).
