I ordered 2 pairs of shorts for our vacation & paid for expedited shipping so that my package would arrive w/in 4-7 business days, which would have been next week. Now the tracking says that the order is coming from China & won't be here until the following week, in fact, the day before we leave for vacation. I reached out to the company via their app & asked that the EXTRA money that I paid for expedited shipping be returned to me. I received a generic response that "due to covid & the holiday season" shipping times may be delayed 1-2 weeks & they sent a link for a $10 coupon. I responded that I don't want a coupon but instead expect a refund for the money I paid to have the package expedited. Moments later, I received the same generic email response again w/ reasons why my package may be delayed. I responded that it's fraudulent to advertise expedited shipping if you don't actually offer it b/c after reading some info on their website, it says that rush orders are not offered so what gives?! Again, I received the same generic response & was asked if the ticket can be closed! This is unacceptable & I hope that this review deters another person from falling victim to this shipping scam!
