They say that they took over for my previous termite maintenance company because the owner retired. They came out to do the annual inspection and submitted a report to me indicating termite infestation and damage. The quote to remedy was $3500. I called another company to come out to do another inspection for a second opinion. The second company did a thorough inspection and found no signs of termites or damage.
