my husband purchased product from lifestyleketo for $250. I called them after realizing how much money he had spent to return items and cancel subscription. Was told subscription was cancelled but had to wait to receive products to get "code" for return. I got product 2 weeks later and was calling today to ship back. However, I just received another shipment and called to return both. Was told that I could only get 1/2 of the 2nd shipment money back - could only return 1shipment. I explained that i had called and was told i would not get any more product but received anyway. Asked to speak to manager - no one available and was then hung up on. I noticed another charge on my account from Challenge Body Mind so called to see what that was about. Surprise - it was related to Lifestyleketo! I never authorized this purchase but was told my subscription would be canceled and I would get a refund. Was told that we would get confirmation email at my husband's email - immediately, his computer started sending messages that his account had been hacked. He is trying to resolve that issue now. PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Terrible, terrible, terrible

any keto supplements using false information, including reference to " Shark Tank" tv show and images of the members of the team. clicked on instagram ad, and purchased a limited time "special" for three bottles @ $39 and two free bottles, cost $117. my card was instantly charged $198.78 with 2 more charges of 49.68; both 49.68 were declined by bank. the attempt was to charge my card for $298.12. i am disputing the charge with bank, with little hope for results. there was no final invoice during the transaction, no phone number and when i tried to find the site again - a red screen popped up saying site was not secure. i did that three times trying to find more information. and yes it is very well known now that this is a huge scam. i was unaware of all the testimonies out there. i am sure i am not the only sucker.
