My mother received a call when she was home alone, she thought she was giving the phone caller her information for bank usage. She then received a product in the mail for a emergency alert system, that she is unable to return . They charged her $169 on first phone call and want $29 a month. They state she has to pay another $169 to cancel service and they will not accept return of the unit until $169 is received.
