I received a past due notice in the mail from license plate tool in Colorado. There was a past due of $4.65 five dollar late fee total amount due $9.65. I have never been to Colorado. I called and had to go through a lot of options to get to an operator. When I called the operating immediately said that she would check the account and said that it might be a mistake. After looking at the accountShe said yes it was a mistake and told me to disregard the statement. She said that they get their information from DMV but sometimes they put the wrong license plate number in their system. Had I not questioned it like some people do and think they have a past due amount some people would automatically pay the amount due without question I have seen all kinds of reviews about the same company. Beware always question your bill
