The advertise recieving $50 the same day you file taxes. I filed with them. They issued me a net spend card stating the $50 would be uploaded. The money was never recieved and it's been over a week. Others I have spoke with recieved money same day. My return has been received by the irs however liberty tax has yet to issue my payment. Every time I go in person or call about this issue I am given a different explanation of how it's the government problem. They are falsely advertised and no policy regarding this issue. I have simply been robbed.
