Someone named Grant Meyers called me from Liberty Processing Center, I don't know how they got my old information but they said someone was suing me for check fraud in (a series of returned checks from Check 'n' Go to Bank of America in 2013. I'm like really ? Who still writes checks? I don't do loans.They gave me a case ID number then told me I would be getting a subpoena to appear in court. The call sounded scripted so I asked for their "so called" litigation company's address and website, Grant got defensive and ratchet on me. He refused and grew increasingly ignorant. I just hung up on him.
