Company has all info on student loan has you write a bunch of numbers down expressing the money saved on student loan… no BBB account multiple complaints and when you confront them you get hung up on! And they take the money out immediately! I’ve lost 800$ and no paper trail where it was on my student loan

FRAUD!!!

A lady named Nancy D. called and said she can help me reduce my student loan debt. Very "nice" over the phone until I told her I wasn't signing NOTHING until I spoke with my husband. SHe kept convincing me that I can cancel if I don't want to go through the program and her voice changed after I kept saying nah I will talk it over with my husband. THEN SHE HUNG UP!! LOL!! Thank God I listened to the Holy Spirit in me telling me to take caution and not to be so trusting in her voice! SHe took up 2 hrs of my time!
