They tried to say i co-signed for a loan for my ex step son in 2009 to by a diamond ring. I have never co-signed for anyone a loan. I was told if it isn't cleared up i will have to hire a lawyer and go to court. Then if the judge rules against me they will put a lien on my vehicle and deduct money from my pay check until it is resolved. I spoke with my ex step son last night and he said this was paid off 6 years ago and they tried the same thing with him several months ago saying they would repo all his vehicles if it wasn’t paid.
These people are very convincing and i am sure they get alot of people doing this unfortunately!
