Automated message saying due to non-payment our service will be disconnected within 30 minutes. Does not give account number. They tell you to call 1-800-507-1730 to make a payment. When I dialed the number, the same automated greeting comes on just as if I had called our local KU office, it even gives the correct options to choose from. Sometimes the call goes on hold, sometimes goes to someone who hangs up when I start asking specific questions about the issue.

This has happened multiple times over the past year.
