Ordered a sweatshirt that cost almost 50 bucks in September and have not received my order they stopped replying to my messages in October

I ordered a sweatshirt in September was told in October that my order was being processed and was going to be shipped out soon we'll it is close to the end of January and I still haven't received my order tried asking for a refund on October and was told they could not issue me a refund because my order was already being processed they have since stopped replying to my messages

I too ordered a sweatshirt for my husband in early September. They charged my card but I never received my product. Tried emailing with the first couple replied to, then nothing. I have emailed them twice a week for the last month and (even said I would be filing fraud and theft charges against them) but still have had no answer.

I placed an order in August, still not shipped and the first couple times they responded by saying they were busy and item will be shipped asap. Now when I email and inquire I get no response. The ScamPulse.com has received several complaints. Total scam !

I placed an order on Sept 3 2019. The website shipping information states it'll ship out 2 -3 days after purchase. There is no number to contact anyone. I still have not received my items. I receive emails back stating allow patience and they are behind.

I ordered my husband Tennessee volunteer swim trunks on 9/2/19 and received a receipt and an order confirmation but nor shipping details. The shipping details was to come in a later email that was never received. My credit card was charged the day of order, I sent an email back no response, tried again no response. I have tried calling number has been disconnected. The receipt is from a bambini.com.au which when I go to that website is a daycare in Australia. The website is the order was place was lezrastore.com. This so called company is taking peoples money and not shipping merchandise.

I ordered a New Orleans Saints women’s tie breaker tank and never heard a word they charged my card and the never received anything the emails were and the first time saying they systems down check back and the last one I received after fussing at them said cheers! So should we cancel our debit card that I used any help would be much appreciated!

Definitely a scam. I ordered a Philadelphia Eagles shirt and they sent me a Patriots shirt which I will never wear. It took about two months until I got the wrong item . They refused to send me the item I ordered and said I had to pay for shipping to send it back in order to get a refund. The phone number does not work and it says California but they live in China. Horrible customer service definitely a scam do not order from this website.

I tried to buy a shirt online (luckily not a large purchase) after 2 weeks I had received no shipping info so I emailed to try to cancel was told that I could not and it would be another 5 weeks for something that was supposed to only have taken 2 weeks to arrive. After a month I did more research, the company has a disconnected # and the address does not match up. I checked the charge on my account and the charge showed up as a chiropractor.

I ordered 2 sweaters from this store on 9/15/19. On their site it says they take up to 10 days to process and then will send an email confirmation when it is shipped. After a few weeks I still had not received the shipping email so I emailed customer service on the email from the website to find out the status of my order. Some guy names Haruki who barely spoke English (the company is supposedly in California) responded that they were running behind but my order would be shipped soon.

Fast forward another week, it still had not shipped so I emailed again. He said there was no way for them to expedite the order because it was being handmade just for me. This is where the alert came because I have seen the same sweater on several other sites, it’s not handmade. When I checked my credit card statement, the charge for the amount / day I made the order was from a chiropractic association which also was sketch. It’s now been over a month since I placed the order and I have never gotten confirmation of shipping or received the order. Haruki stopped responding and When I tried to call the number on their site it is not in service. I believe this to be a scam and had to get a new credit card because of this. NO ONE BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I made a purchase on www.lezrastore.com on August 15, 2019. The purchase was for two hoodies, Order #RY-59422-59895 for $82.00. I contacted them through email on 09/01/19 to ask about the status of the order, and again on 09/08, 09/21, 09/25, 09/27, and 09/28. Each time I either received no response or was told that I would receive tracking information once the order shipped. The emails I received were from a foreign account, even though the address on the website was from California: 4829 Timber Ridge Road, Roseville, California, 95678, United States. After several failed attempts at communication, I made a complaint with my bank/credit card account and I received a refund. In my emails I informed lezrastore.com (emails were from noristore.com) that if it was not resolved that I would be making a formal complaint to IC3. During my follow up google searches about lezrastore.com, I found out that several other people had been scammed by them in the same way.

I ordered a t-shirt. When I didn’t receive a confirmation email regarding shipping after a week of placing my order I emailed them. They responded in the middle of the night saying that they were very busy and it will be shipped soon. A week later, after seeing all these posts I told them to cancel my order. They responded saying they can not refund my money after 12 hours of placing the order. Then proceed to tell me that it can take up to month or even more in some cases to receive an item because they send it out to be made ( which takes a few weeks), then they have to wait for it to be sent back, then they have to put the shipping sticker on it and then they send it out to be shipped. Again I told them to cancel and refund my money since it does not state the time frame on their website. Now I got no response!

Lezrastore.com is a fake company. Noristore.com is a fake company. The mother company is Humpine.com which is supposedly located in Hong Kong. Humpine deals in substandard quilts. So it scams customers who expect quilts like the ones pictured online. Or it never send the customers their products. I ordered a sweater on Lezrastore.com and received an email from Humpine.com. But I haven't heard from them since. I finally got reimbursed by my credit card company for the purchase.

I ordered a ladies sports dress at over $40 and have never received the order. My account was charged for the amount of the order. I have contacted this company by email twice and received an automated message both times, ironically telling me not to worry. I have tried repeatedly to call the numbers shown and the message is the same.. unavailable. Note that these a**holes have access to my information, I will have to cancel my card and try to have my bank recoup the money.

I was on Google looking for Harley Davidson hoodie and it came up Lazra store. I made an order for $76.18 after a month I looked and they claimed that it was delivered to an address in Virginia. I emailed them and got nothing back. I looked up the number and it doesn't work. I found others who have been scammed by the same page.

This online store is 100% scam. Like all the others I looked at a California address and phone number and assumed it was legit. My CC was charged the day after order and three weeks later I still have nothing to show for it. I emailed customer service and wouldn't you know it's a foreign email i received in reply. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my card and was told orders cannot be cancelled once they are being processed. That was a week ago, still nothing. I emailed them again yesterday and got a reply in the middle of the night saying they are still processing the order. I am filing a claim with my CC company this morning. Stay away from the Lerza Store!

I wish I would have known this for sure. I ordered two sweatshirts. They charged my credit card and then I never received anything from them. When I tried to call them 10 days later the phone number was fake. So disappointed ☹️

This website shows up in Google Shopping and online. They purport to sell sports merchandise and other apparel. The website looks pretty convincing at first blush but as you dig a little deeper (as I should have) it's obviously a scam. Poor spelling and grammar on the about and FAQ pages, etc. but I just figured it was a small business without a big communications operation.

The address listed does not exist. The phone number is out of service and there is no response to from the email address. The charge on my credit card statement was for "BAMBINI CHILD CARE BURWOOD", a daycare in Australia.

I was able to dispute the charge and my credit card company resolved the issue but I'm hoping to keep others from making the same mistake I did.
