They will take your money but will never ship the product to you! Their "customer service" is non-existent. Send all the emails you want and call them all you want but no one will answer you. I have been waiting for my product for over a month. The first email I sent after a week was responded to, the next 4 got no response. I called 10 times during business hours and no one was there to answer the phone. The automated response said someone would respond to my email within 24 hours if I contacted them, which I already knew to not be true. After a google search to their FB and company (under a different name - Lexury NYC) I see this has happened to many people. Waiting over 2 months only to never receive the product. Don't buy from them!!!

I bought my mom a galaxy rose for Mother’s Day, I still haven’t received the rose. USPS is saying they don’t have the package and Lexury NYC is saying because they marked the item as shipped they won’t refund me my money. These people need to be found and arrested for doing this to people especially during these hard times.

On 4/20/2020, I placed an order for the mask. The total of the order was $33.78. As of today 5/18/2020, I have not received the item I ordered. On my bank statement, it shows Lexury NYC (name of the company) and the telephone number 813-777-1606. I called this number, which nobody answered and at the end the recording say that the mailbox is full. I saw the ad in FB pages, and according of all statements here, this is a scam. Please investigate.

I purchased a mask for $9.99 and 5 filters for $9.99. They also charged me for shipping. The purchase was made early April. April 6, 2020. I’ve contacted and they keep sending me fraudulent USPS tracking numbers. This is a fraudulent business that advertises on instagram.
