My wife wants a French Bulldog puppy, and found the business online. After some email communications, we decided to purchase one of the puppies and to pick it up in person. Arrangements were made for me to pick it up at **. On Nov. 14, 2020 I flew to ** rented a vehicle and drove to**, where I discovered there is no house number **, I found ** and across from it is **. I spent the better part of an hour talking to residents by ringing door bells and by approaching those that were on the street, but the effort was fruitless as no one knew of any person selling French Bulldog puppies.
